The Auxiliary of VFW Post 1555, Chico, CA was chartered on 1 November 1929. It is composed of family members of our veterans who desire to provide support to the post and the community and show their appreciation to our veterans in the Post and the community.
Established in 1914, the VFW Auxiliaries have been fulfilling their original objectives by supporting the Veterans of Foreign Wars, serving veterans, active-duty military and their families, and spreading patriotism nationwide.
With over 470,000 members the Auxiliary has volunteered millions of hours, donated millions of dollars and honored hundreds of thousands of veterans. Volunteer with us and celebrate the freedoms we enjoy in America.
